Aw - this is sweet. Who says Vulcan's can't lie? Laughed hysterically at the cinnamon rolls. I have never had success - YET - making anything that needs yeast - outside of the breadmaker. Pies, Cakes, Cookies - sure! But rolls :-(
I enjoyed this very much, thank you.

Fabulous! "Worst-kept-secret-in-Starfleet", LOL! XD They are, indeed. I loved that otherwise talented and capable men were so totally inept in the kitchen (to the extent of having a fire truck put out a latke fire!). I'd love to read more of your work. I was intrigued reading your "River" fic, when McCoy took Pike to task about knowing how Jim and Spock are with each other. I'd love to read your take on how Pike realized! :)

This is great!!!
This is almost how my Christmas cooking/baking has been!
I decide to 'bake' for the first time... Cookies! But then all these recipes call for cream of tartar!!!??? I thought that meant maybe tartar sauce... Or close enough (you know, mayo and relish for fish and chips).... Anyway, the 'baking' went downhill from there. What are all these inexact measurements??? A 'pinch' a 'dash'!!
Anyway, great job on the fic, it really hit home as soon as I read 'Cream of tartar', lol!
Merry Christmas!
