The heart has its own mind, and its business if Joy.

I really really loved it. It was such a lengthy read - and I enjoyed every single bit of it. The content was fullfilling. The quality was polished. The style was really clever. I love how you blended their two stories. The two eras. How each had an effect on the other.

And even though I know nothing of Bodie and Doyle, I have fallen for those two. So endearing! And so loving despite circumstances! And that Spock instead of Jim to be the one learning something most valuable from their encounter, just wow.

Thank you for the enjoyable read :)

Author's Response:

So glad you liked it! Cross-overs are always tricky, especially if the reader doesn't know both pairs. So, of course, I'm really psyched that you were so taken with Bodie and Doyle, who I love almost as much as Kirk and Spock. I'm especially pleased that you enjoyed how they helped bring about a change in Spock.

Thanks for reading and for your really lovely comments. They're really appreciated!

Lovely! It was sad between Kirk and Spock to begin with, but I liked the ending. ^_^

Also, yay! Someone else who enjoys The Professionals, and its main pairing! :D I found the show online a couple of months ago, and have really been enjoying it. So, yes, I really loved the crossover, it was quite wonderful. :)

Author's Response: I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the story and that the ending worked for you. And really happy to hear there's a new Pros fan around! In case you're interested, there's a more Pros-centric version of the story here: http://archiveofourown.org/works/200910 Thanks for reading and for your wonderful comments!

Beautiful.  The pain between Kirk and Spock is palpable and I was chewing my nails hoping this would have a happy ending.

Author's Response: Oh, I definitely believe in happy endings. Thanks for reading and for the lovely comment!
