Well, what can I say?  Woman, middle aged, on/off relationship with obsessed golfer...  Nothing unusual there.  I've been a HUGE sci-fi geek for years and years, just getting into K/S these last few weeks... I wanted to try my hand at writing.  I've never done that before - maths and science is more my thing!  Ex RAF, you see - I used to fly harrier jump jets but I was recently discharged from the service... Now trying to adjust to civilian life, ho hum.  Oh well, I guess I was getting a bit old for the job - government spending cuts just made me leave earlier than I was expecting...  Now I'm milling around looking for something to do instead. :/
