James T. Kirk is a man's name. It always has been and always will be, regardless of the fact that James T. Kirk has just woken up as in a female's body. Jim is particularly uncomfortable with his unexpected transformation and struggles, with the help of his friends and his partner, to come to terms with his new physicality. Follow the adventures of the Enterprise as he re-discovers his who he truly is on the course of the five year mission.

While on a routine planet evaluation, Kirk accidentally eats a special fruit native to the planet given to him by the species living there. This fruit, however, turns him female. As Spock and Bones try desperately to figure out a way to turn him back, Spock goes into Pon Farr in the middle of all this.

And of course, Kirk is the only one whom Spock shares a mental bond with.

Kirk and Spock engage in sexual intercourse due to Spock’s Pon Farr as well as their mutual attraction to each other…… But it was only after the fact that Kirk forgot that he hadn’t gotten his regulation birth control injection that month….. And inevitably, fem!kirk becomes pregnant with Spock’s child.

And this takes place in the JJ Abrams verse, so Vulcan has been destroyed and Spock will eventually seek Spock Prime for counsel. Bones ends up laughing for about an hour after finding out Kirk is pregnant. No matter how much Bones may want Kirk to get rid of the embryo, Kirk cant do it because he knows that Vulcans are now an endangered species and he couldnt risk it.

And the crew of the Enterprise plays the famous game of “How long can we go without telling Spock that Kirk is pregnant"

Jim and Spock get turned into women after the meddling members of a matriarchal society decide it's the only way to get them to acknowledge their feelings for one another. K/S slash. Rating may go up.

Only a few days have passed since Nero destroyed Vulcan and attacked Earth, but the world around Jen and Spock is already changing along strange new lines—and they are caught right in the middle. Neither of them really has their shit together, but between the two of them they’re making it work. The ship’s still running. They haven’t tried to kill each other again. It’s a start.

Jamie Tiberia Kirk is the new Captain of the Star-ship Enterprise, and the first woman ever to attain the status of Captain in any starship.

She soon meets Commander Spock, another woman who regards her with cool dissapproval at the way she behaves at first, but quickly warms up to her while trying to understand the bizzarely complex mind that is Jamie Kirk.

(Spock dissaproves of the immature way the Captain sometimes behaves, the need to be constantly doing something and moving, and the fact Kirk has to be so messy and tomboy-ish, not the fact that Kirk is basically a feminist. Also Spock isn't walking around with make-up on and being really girly either so no worries on that front.)

With help from the original crew (yes all of them are the same gender as they already were in TOS and in XI with the exception of Kirk and Spock,) they shall take on the original adventures of the Enterprise in a completely new light. With odd twists and bizzare humor as we delve deep into things that never seemed adequetly explored to me in TOS, and with some new adventures as well.
