Yeah he should have know better because Spock would do anything to rescue Jim even if he had to break a few rules along the way. All should know that you never mess with a Vulcan's mate especially Spock's since they are T"hy"ls. If you can not tell I did so enjoy the story but I wish that Spock would have at least nerve pinch Artac.
