Summary:

After months of pining for his captain, Spock finally gets up the nerve to do something about it. Things don't exactly go according to plan, but when he unexpectedly finds out a few months later that Jim is pregnant, Spock convinces a resistant Jim (with a little help from the crew) that they were meant to be together.

Tapestry series.

Fifth in the Progression Series. Jim has realised that every time his relationship with Spock goes anywhere, it's because the Vulcan is hurt. But sometimes their careers don't give them much option about that. And now is one of those times.

Accidentally in Love by CMM Rated: ADULT (NC-17) starstarstarstarstar [Reviews - 503]
Summary:

DONE!!!!!

Since I did a pregnant Spock, it only seems fair that Jim get equal time. This is an answer to KrazieKat2009's Baby Maker challenge, which goes like this:

Summary: Features preggers!Kirk. I would like for Spock to still be in a relationship with Uhura at start of story. And Jim has secretly been in love with his First Officer for the past year. No one knows of his attraction to Spock, not even Bones. (Though he can be suspicious if you want). During a scout out on a once technologically advanced planet, Spock and Kirk stumble across an old, left behind piece of technology. The technology feeds off of emotional energy to create new life; it senses Jim's utmost desires to be with Spock, and so it activates and causes Jim to be impregnated, with Spock as his child's DNA "donor". Neither Jim or Spock are aware that Jim has been impregnated at first, but soon they become aware. Another side effect of the machine is that it causes the pregnant person to become more dependent on the one s/he has feelings for, so Jim's attraction magnifies, and it takes all he can not to let Spock find out. BONUS POINTS: If Spock, at first, wants nothing to do with the baby because he is with Uhura, but his paternal instincts start to kick in and his attraction to Kirk grows intensely. BONUS POINTS: If Uhura turns out to be mature in the end and wants Spock and Kirk to be together.SUPER BONUS POINTS: Spock becomes possessive over pregnant!Kirk, and finds his pregnant Captain sexually tempting, and gets aroused constantly when near Kirk. MEGA SUPER POINTS: There is eventual (lot of) pregnant sex, and Kirk is a "virgin" when it comes to men. TROPE: Bottom!Jim

Whew! I don't know if I can get all that into one story, but I'll do my best. I'll try to have a chapter up every day or two. Enjoy.

I usually avoid Mpreg because I find the idea of a pregnant male uncomfortable. But I decided to try this story and I have to say, I really enjoyed reading it. I'm especially glad you gave Uhura a happy ending as well, with someone unique, instead of Bones or Scotty. Since then I've read more of your stories. You're a great writer and I hope you never stop posting.

Clan, Family, and T'hy'la by CMM Rated: ADULT (NC-17) starstarstarstarstar [Reviews - 429]
Summary:

DONE!!!!!

This is in answer to Shamrock220's A Place in Father's Arms challenge. It is a really long challenge, so I am going to summarize it. Feel free to go to the challenges page and look up the whole thing if you wish. Briefly, it goes like this:

it's set post-Nero, but Amanda survived. Jim and Spock are a couple. Sarek won't let them bond and threatens to bounce Spock right out of the Vulcan club. Spock tells him to get bent, and they appear before the High Council to do a little family mediation. T'Pau defends Spock and Jim because they are t'hy'la, the most rare and sacred of bonds. Not only does T'Pau allow them to bond, she arranges for Jim and Spock to spend a year at the new colony, with Spock on the High Council. For his sins, Sarek is shunned for one year; no one on Vulcan will interact with him on a social level. He goes off into the mountains on a pilgrimage, to get his head together. Jim doesn't want Spock's father to die, so he plants a transponder on him, hoping to keep him safe. Trouble ensues, but a happy ending will happen.

That's pretty much it. This will take awhile. Off we go...

Summary:

Now Done!!! Happy Ending here!!!!

This is in response to 'Make This Have a Happy Ending' by vicktblueeyez. The challenge goes like this:

Challenge: Make this sad prompt have a happy ending. (not my prompt, belongs to anon at the kink meme)

Difficulty: Very

Prompt: Kirk/character of anon's choice are in a relationship the whole crew knows about and accepts. Then, Kirk gets top!secret-super!classified orders from Starfleet basically forcing him to seduce a traitor/spy to get information for Starfleet. [OR Kirk's orders force him to gain trust from the traitor/spy, so Kirk is all friendly and the traitor/spy takes advantage of Kirk.] Kirk follows orders/is forced but he's horrified, disgusted, and seriously messed up mentally by the encounter. Instead of comforting him or trying to understand Kirk's side, his significant other dumps him for cheating and the crew blames/is nasty to Kirk, since they aren't privy to Starfleet’s orders. Much angst ensues!

Keyword: Redemption

I've seen many takes on this prompt, all seeming to end sad which is why I haven't read them. Sad as in a broken Kirk, a broken relationship and K/S not getting back together. Mostly because Spock never found out...or he did but it was too late (Kirk ended up with Bones). I find it interesting that so many think a happy ending cannot be done. Kirk didn't believe in no-win scenarios and he didn't settle for the impossible. Instead of thinking in the box, he not only thought outside of the box but reshaped it. Saying something couldn't be done made him want to do whatever it was, even more. Yet, many feel that this prompt can only end in one way, heartbreak and it can only be written if the characters were extremely ooc. I think that is BS. A good author can make one believe in anything. They can take something old, already done and reshape it. The challenge here is to reshape this prompt and for that, you have to have the Kirk mentality and be as equally stubborn.

Stuff I would like to see but not required:

-A groveling and tortured Spock. Tortured as in self loathing. Kirk being all "fuck u, you didn't trust me, abandoned me, don't talk to me" and Spock maybe falling to his knees crying? "I have wronged you t’hy’la in ways you/I cannot imagine. I'm so sorry."

-Super awesome dramatic make up sex somewhere down the line is mandatory. Pretty please?

-Spock has to find out somehow. Kirk left and Spock is clearing the Captain's computer maybe? Kirk thinking his hacker skills is all that leaves the file there thinking it won't be found? Maybe Spock overhears a secret conversation from Starfleet officials? Maybe Spock and crew are on an away mission some angry person is all "I'll never forgive him for using me for information! I thought he loved me but he was only pretending to follow orders!" Spock, "What orders?" Angry person, "Oh you didn't know?"

-Big time angst. Things like K/S seeing each other from across the room. Accidental touching. Something with big time tension.

All is forgiven and it ends HAPPILY aka with Kirk/Spock together.

I hope this lets me work out some demons so I can go back to my happy stories. Here we go....

What I Did for Love by CMM Rated: ADULT (NC-17) starstarstarstarstar [Reviews - 474]
Summary:

Now Complete!!!!

This is an answer to Monster Eater's Mpreg + Amok Time and Journey to Babel challenge:

It has occurred to me that after Amok Time, Amanda and Sarek were probably informed about that Spock‘s bond to T’Pring was broken. What they don’t know was that Spock’s Pon Farr was still lurking at the surface and was not over.

Spock chose to mate/bond with Jim and during Pon Farr, Jim gets pregnant (I’m thinking that there is some kind of device or something in the future that allows men to carry children. The reason got it was because it could only be implanted until a certain age and Jim was thinking towards the future aka if he never found someone to marry, man or woman, then he could get a sperm donor and still have a kid.)

Cue Journey to Babel when Amanda and Sarek arrive on board along with another guest. Sarek has chosen Spock a more compatible mate than T‘Pring and they brought him/her along to start to bond with Spock.

Bonuses:

- Spock refuses to tell his parents that they are going to be grandparents/Jim’s baby is his because of the strained relationship with Sarek (Spock figures that he hasn‘t talked to them in 18 (?) years and that probably won't change because of a child) . He also doesn’t want his child to feel like s/he needs to purge themselves of emotion to get his acceptance/love.

- Jim gets hurt (in the episode he gets stabbed). Spock, of course, is worried/freaks out in his own Vulcan way. Maybe he relieves himself of command because he’s emotionally compromised OR McCoy tricks him by saying that Jim is in labor and Spock needs to get to Sick Bay ASAP.

I haven't done a TOS piece in awhile; it's time. Besides, maybe I can work in the Trouble with Tribbles and I, Mudd!

This time, Jim's not in love with Spock--not now, anyway. So away we go...

Harlequin Hearts by Pamdizzle Rated: ADULT (NC-17) starstarstarstarstar [Reviews - 321]
Summary:

NOW DONE!

This is a response to Juni's On First Sight Challenge:

Ok, so let’s mix ST with some good old harlequins!

Kirk is a Captain of the Enterprise, but he and Spock never met. Not at the Academy, not later – never. Of course Kirk heard about the super intelligent Vulcan First Officer, but didn’t pay attention to that. Then Pike is contacting him, asking him for help in rescuing his crew (Spock included) who were kidnapped by the Orion Slavers during an away mission.

Kirk of course agrees and leads a rescue team (like there would be any doubt about it). They storm the place and Jim is totally mesmerized by the sight of a beautiful, sexy Vulcan in a very skimpy harem outfit. The crew is rescued and the Enterprise is on the way to return them to Pike’s ship and during that time Kirk totally falls in love with Spock (who is totally NOT what Jim expected) and starts to plot how to keep him on the Enterprise and for himself.

Bonus points if Jim was so co confused by Spock appearance and behaviour because he only saw Spock’s very old photo from the Academy files (like Spock was 17, gawky teenager with glasses and looked like a classic nerd) and heard that the Vulcan has no sense of humour, personality, is boring, focused only on science etc.

Super bonus points if Kirk has to fight for Spock with someone from Pike’s ship who had hots for the Vulcan for a very long time

My first attempt at a TOS fic. Let's see how it goes....
